The FRProxy balance — topping up, paying, renewing

Your account carries a balance in euros. Once credited, you settle orders and extend proxies in one click, without going through us each time.

update Updated

Here is exactly how it works — including what it does not do.

What the balance is not

It is not a counter that goes up and down. It is a ledger: every movement is written down with its date, amount and reason, and the balance shown is the sum of those lines.

The difference is not theoretical. A counter never tells you why it holds the value it holds. Here, if an amount surprises you, there is a line to read. Nothing is erased: a mistake on our side is corrected by a reversing entry, never by rubbing something out. Your history is therefore something you can hold us to.

Topping up

Top-ups are made in crypto, to an address that belongs to you alone.

1. Choose your network

My accountAdd funds. You choose the network you will send from: USDT on TRON, USDT on Ethereum, Bitcoin, and a few others.

The choice of network is yours because you are the one paying the fees, and they vary enormously from chain to chain.

2. We assign you an address

An address dedicated to your account, valid for that network only. If none has been assigned to you yet, the screen invites you to write to us — it is a manual step on our side.

⚠️ One address, one network. USDT sent on TRON arrives at a TRON address. Sent on another chain, it is permanently lost — nobody can recover it, neither you nor us. It is the only irreversible mistake in this whole journey.

3. You send, we credit

Crediting is manual. We verify receipt, then post the amount to your balance. It is not instant: tell us once you have sent, it speeds things up.

Spending

Two uses, one gesture each.

Paying an order

On My orders, a pending order shows a payment button. One click: the amount is debited and the order moves to "paid".

The debit and the status change happen together or not at all. There is no intermediate state where you would be debited without the order moving forward.

Renewing a proxy

On My proxies, each subscription proxy shows its renewal price. One click: the amount is debited, the period is extended, and your access expiry moves back by the same amount.

Renewing early loses you nothing. If your proxy still has fifteen days to run, the new period is added to the end of the old one. Conversely, a proxy renewed late starts from today: we do not bill for an interval during which you had no service.

A trial proxy renews too

If you are testing a proxy and it suits you, renew it from your balance: it becomes yours, with no further steps. It is the fastest way to convert a trial.

The rules the system always applies

Rule What it means for you
The balance never goes below zero No credit, no possible debt. A payment beyond your balance is refused; nothing is half-debited.
A double click does not debit twice The same order, the same expiry date can only be paid once.
A subscription with no price does not renew in one click "On request" offers (€0) are settled with us: one click would give away a period.
Nothing is taken automatically There is no auto-renewal today. A proxy that is not renewed expires.

That last line deserves reading twice: watch your expiry dates. The panel displays them and you get a reminder, but nothing leaves your balance without you clicking.

Reading your history

My account shows all your movements: the date, the signed amount (+ or ) and the reason in plain language — "Order #42", "Proxy 15001 · Premium · 30 days". A renewal therefore tells you which proxy and which plan, not just a number.

The sign is written out, not conveyed by colour alone: a table of movements has to be readable in black and white too.

Frequently asked

Can I get my balance refunded? Write to us. It is not automated.

What happens to my balance if I have no proxy left? It stays. It does not expire.

Can I pay without using the balance? Yes, as before, by writing to us directly. The balance is a shortcut, not an obligation.

Can the balance disappear? The ledger is protected at database level: an entry can neither be deleted nor modified, not even by us. The database is backed up every night off the server.
